Payment terms

Any booking request must be confirmed by the payment of the entire stay or the payment of a 30% deposit (except special provisions stipulated at the time of booking) The reservation becomes firm and will be confirmed to you by email at reception by La Bastide d'Alix. The balance will be settled on site by credit card orĀ 


Terms for modification / cancellation

Any modification of the reservation, date, room, is possible only after the agreement of the owner and may possibly entail additional costs, and will be done according to availability on the date of the modification.


The client is informed here of the special conditions in case of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay :

- if the cancellation occurs more than 14 calendar days before the arrival date, the deposit paid to the reservation will be refunded in full to the customer.

- if the cancellation occurs between the 14th calendar day and the 3rd calendar day before the arrival date, the deposit paid on the reservation will remain with the owner.

- if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, the entire amount of the reservation will remain due to the owner. In case of early departure during the stay the entire reserved service will be due.


COVID CANCELLATION exception: the reservation may be cancelled, and fully refunded, in case of mandatory lockdown in the region of the home, prohibition of travel between different departments or countries.

Warning : in case of a health and/or vaccination pass, the client must comply with the regulations in force at the time of the stay. A breach of this health and/or vaccination pass (according to regulations) will not justify a request for refund of the sums paid and the entire reservation will remain due by the customer.
